Do your best work with good people
We’re a small, steady, remote-friendly team that has looked after customers since 2002. If you’re kind, curious and allergic to jargon, you’ll fit right in.
What it’s like to work here
The culture is the product — inside the team as much as out.
Calm, not frantic
We don’t do crunch, theatrics or artificial urgency. Steady, thoughtful work beats heroics — and it’s better for customers too.
Remote-friendly
Work where you do your best thinking. We care about the outcome and how you treat people, not where your desk happens to be.
Plain English, everywhere
With customers and with each other. Clear writing and honest answers are part of the job, whatever your role.
Customer-obsessed
The reviews we’re proud of are earned one conversation at a time. Everyone here helps keep that bar high.
Open roles
Don’t see a perfect match? We still love meeting good people — say hello anyway.
Be the real person who picks up. You’ll help customers by ticket, chat and phone — solving problems quickly and explaining them clearly, without a script in sight.
Build and migrate Drupal, Backdrop and WordPress sites on a modern PHP 8.x stack. From end-of-life rescues to custom modules, you’ll own work end to end.
Craft fast, accessible, genuinely pleasant interfaces for the sites and apps we build. You care about the details users feel but rarely name.
Keep the platform quietly excellent — NVMe, HTTP/3, caching, monitoring and off-site backups — so customers never have to think about any of it.
How we hire
Human, unhurried, and refreshingly free of trick questions.
A real conversation
We start by getting to know you and what you care about — no whiteboard gauntlet, no gotchas.
A practical look
A small, relevant task that mirrors the actual work, so you can show us how you think, not how you cram.
Meet the team
Time with the people you’d work beside every day. A two-way fit — you’re interviewing us too.
Think you’d be a good fit?
Tell us a bit about yourself and what you’d love to work on. We read every message, and a real person will always reply.
